Klehr Harrison Adds Associate Elizabeth W. Bucilla to Corporate and Securities Group

PHILADELPHIA (September 24, 2019) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP (Klehr Harrison) is pleased to announce that Elizabeth W. Bucilla joined the firm as an associate in its Corporate and Securities Practice Group. Bucilla focuses her practice on the representation of privately-held companies, publicly-traded corporations and has significant experience in working on a variety of commercial and business matters including governance, corporate finance, joint ventures, strategic investments and similar transactions.

Bucilla earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. from Tufts University.

Bucilla previously worked for Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.
