Grigos is joining the firm as a Partner in its Zoning and Land Use Practice Group. Herc is one of Philadelphia’s rising stars and prominent zoning and land use lawyers. Herc was formerly the Chair of the Zoning and Land Use practice at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP.
