Jordan M. Rand has joined the partnership of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP in the Litigation Department. Mr. Rand has litigated a broad array of complex commercial cases, with particular expertise in real estate, insurance and transportation related matters.

Mr. Rand’s real estate litigation practice has included the representation of some of the largest commercial property owners in the world, including publicly traded companies, as well as the provision of equally sophisticated counsel to local developers, contractors and suppliers.

In his insurance practice, Mr. Rand litigates coverage disputes, drafts coverage opinions and acts either as covered counsel or independent counsel where insurance defense counsel has been appointed. Mr. Rand has specific expertise in cyberinsurance coverage law, routinely counseling policyholders buying or renewing coverage.

Mr. Rand also acts as outside general counsel to taxicab, limousine and dispatch companies in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
