Gaetano Piccirilli Appointed to Mayor-Elect James Kenney's Transition Team

Gaetano P. Piccirilli, a partner in the Litigation Group at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, has been appointed to Mayor-Elect James Kenney’s Transition Team for Housing, Planning, and Development. In response to the appointment, Piccirilli said “I am honored to serve Philadelphia and Mayor-Elect Kenney who is coming into office at an exciting time for Philadelphia.”

Gaetano’s practice is focused in the construction, real estate, banking, and securities industries. Much of his time is spent representing owners/developers, general contractors, construction managers, trade contractors, real estate professionals, and in commercial litigation, claims litigation, pension (multi-employer plan) litigation, real estate disputes, and zoning/code matters. Additionally, Gaetano has represented banks in the workout of delinquent debt and the sale of notes. Gaetano litigates in the state and federal courts in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
