Carl S. Primavera and Gregory G. Gosfield, partners at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, were panel members for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s A Day on Real Estate CLE program. Mr. Primavera’s topic was “So You Want to Develop Real Estate: Getting Permits and Approvals.”  Mr. Gosfield’s topic was “Ethically Resolving Conflicts of Interest.”

Carl S. Primavera, acknowledged as one of the area’s premier zoning and land use attorneys, serves as Chair of Klehr Harrison’s Zoning and Land Use Group. His practice focuses on real estate development, real estate tax assessments, the appeals process, and litigating real estate disputes.

Gregory G. Gosfield is a member of the Real Estate and Finance Department. Mr. Gosfield has a depth of experience in counseling clients on debt and equity investments across the life cycle of real estate transactions.
