Brett Feldman, Of Counsel in the Zoning and Land Use Group at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, monitored a panel discussion regarding the new Zoning Code in the City of Philadelphia and how it is continuing to reshape the Center City retail/commercial landscape.

The panelists were Natalie Shieh, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development, Andrew Dalzell, Programs Coordinator, South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA), and John Usdan, President of Midwood Investment & Development.

Mr. Feldman concentrates his practice on zoning and land use matters with a focus on obtaining the necessary permits and approvals that enable a developer to build or renovate a building, construct a dwelling or open or expand a business.
