Chuck Ercole and Klehr Harrison successfully defended McFadden’s Restaurant and Saloon in Philadelphia in a high profile case alleging racial discrimination. Michael Bolden, a McFadden’s bartender, filed the suit against the restaurant and also against their parent company East Coast Saloons, claiming a national policy of discrimination. Mr. Ercole, chair of Klehr Harrison’s Labor and Employment Group, was assisted by Glenn Weiner, Bill Harvey and Grant Phelan. A Consent Order settling the case was filed on November 30, 2010.
