Arrow Trucking Employee Update

We are continuing to pursue the employee claims. We will be filing our Motion to Certify the case as a Class action within the next several weeks. We have reached an agreement with the bankruptcy trustee to allow the claims to be litigated as a class. However, the Trustee must first determine the amount of assets in the Arrow bankruptcy estate before it is worth fully litigating the employee claims. 
 

At the same time, we are investigating potential claims against officers and directors of Arrow, including Doug and Carol Pielsticker. As you are aware, we have named them in our lawsuit(s) and are gathering more information daily about their conduct in this case and potential individual liability. 
 

Many of you have received paperwork from the bankruptcy court advising you to fill out proofs of claim. We have already filed a proof of claim for all unpaid wages, insurance premiums, child support payments, unpaid vacation, payroll taxes, 401k contributions and WARN Act damages for all employees.   As a result, there is no need for you to fill out an individual proof of claim unless you have damages other than those described above.
