Primavera Spoke at ULI Program

Carl S. Primavera, a partner in the Real Estate & Finance Department of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, was a speaker at the ULI program entitled, "A New Day has Arrived – Real Estate Perspective on the New Philadelphia."

Mr. Primavera is the Chair of the Zoning and Land Use Group at Klehr Harrison.  He also concentrates his practice in real estate development, real estate tax assessments, the appeals process, and litigating real estate disputes.

In 2001, Mr. Primavera served as Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
