Chris focuses his practice on electronic discovery (eDiscovery). He advises attorneys and clients on eDiscovery processes and best practices and works to ensure eDiscovery is handled in a defensible and cost-effective manner.
Chris’ practice touches on all phases of eDiscovery, including data preservation and collection, forensic issues, search term processes, document review and production, and negotiating with opposing counsel regarding electronic discovery. Chris has experience managing document reviews, preparing privilege and redaction logs, negotiating ESI protocols, and working with outside vendors and experts to meet clients’ eDiscovery needs.
Chris is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist and serves as the Vice President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists.
Before joining the firm, Chris worked at several large law firms, where he worked as an eDiscovery attorney. Chris volunteers with the Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP) in Philadelphia and serves as one of the firm’s HAP Volunteer coordinators.”
