Family Law Paralegal

 Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and filing family law pleadings in Pennsylvania (Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks and Philadelphia Counties).
• Managing complex discovery in divorce and support matters.
• Communicating with clients via telephone and email with professionalism and empathy.
• Assisting attorneys with case management and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Prior family law paralegal experience required.
• Pennsylvania filing experience required.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in helping clients through challenging life transitions.
