Nicole’s practice focuses on the representation of private investment funds, their sponsors and institutional investors, across diverse business sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, banking, hedge funds, distressed debt, and mezzanine financing. Nicole routinely assists clients with fund formation, operation and liquidation, and also assists with co-investment and divestment transactions.
In addition, Nicole represents clients from across the nation with respect to a variety of commercial and corporate matters, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, general corporate matters, and similar transactions.
