As an experienced trial lawyer with an advanced degree in trial advocacy, Bill excels in the courtroom. Bill has extensive experience litigating a wide range of disputes, most notably those involving mergers and acquisitions, shareholder divorces, construction litigation, the pharmaceutical industry and real estate development. He is a tireless advocate for his clients throughout the litigation process. For cases that are better resolved outside of court, Bill is adept at navigating a path to a favorable solution.
Bill holds a Certification in Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age, from Harvard University, Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning. His skill set in the cybersecurity field includes: assessing cybersecurity risks and preparing policies to mitigate against those risks and respond to any cybersecurity breach; in the event of a breach, analyzing and advising on the notification obligations to customers and regulators under state, federal and international laws; and preparing provisions of service-provider agreements that give maximum protection against cybersecurity risks.
