In this CLE, attorney Lee Moylan, Chair of the labor & employment practice at Klehr Harrison, will discuss lessons learned through the COVID-19 pandemic that could impact diversity and inclusion efforts and result in potential legal exposure for employers, including issues related to caregiver leave, familial status discrimination and employee complaints that have been deemed protected activity for retaliation claims. The presentation also will address issues concerning transitioning employees back to work in the office, making rehiring decisions and considering accommodation requests related to COVID-19.
