PHILADELPHIA (February 10, 2022) — Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce Paul G. Nofer, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for Be Strong Families.
Be Strong Families is a nonprofit organization that partners with organizations, systems and communities to help families grow stronger from the inside out. They offer technical assistance and trainings to help create peer-to-peer discussions that promote vitality, provide emotional healing and foster peace. These transformative conversations not only prevent violence and fight oppression, but they also give hope, create amazing leaders and help overlooked communities thrive.

Nofer is a former Chair and Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department, positions he held for 22 years at the firm. He is a highly successful trial lawyer with substantial experience in both complex commercial and employment disputes. He represents public and private companies including real estate property owners and developers, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing companies, universities, financial service companies and non-profits. Clients trust him with high-stakes business litigation involving contract disputes, employment claims, internal investigations, restrictive covenant and trade secrets issues, whistleblower and other retaliation claims, securities litigation and real estate disputes.
He received his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, his L.L.M. from Temple University and his B.A., magna cum laude from Duke University.
