PHILADELPHIA (June 6, 2022) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is excited to announce its upcoming diversity webinar, “Affordable Housing in Philadelphia: Maintaining Existing Housing and Increasing Supply,” on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. The program is presented by the Klehr Harrison Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee in partnership with the Real Estate & Finance Department.
In this webinar, Zoning and Land Use Partner Brett D. Feldman will moderate a panel discussion on the current state of affordable housing in Philadelphia and current approaches for maintaining existing housing and increasing the supply. Topics will include zoning changes and incentives, rental supports, leveraging state, local, federal funds, public/private partnerships and more.
