Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate
We are seeking an associate with experience representing debtors and/or creditors in bankruptcy, restructuring, and related federal and state court litigation matters.
The person in this position will represent borrowers, guarantors, secured lenders, creditors, trustees, and other stakeholders in commercial and consumer bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, foreclosure litigation, receiverships, preference litigation, and fraudulent transfer actions.
We are particularly interested in candidates with 2+ years of experience handling Pennsylvania creditors’ rights matters, including bankruptcy, workouts, foreclosures, receiverships, and judgment enforcement.
Our Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice is one of the firm’s cornerstone practices and is consistently recognized for its work in complex insolvency matters.
