Caixia focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation, including assisting with the various stages of legal proceedings and trial preparation by conducting legal research; drafting memoranda; and reviewing contracts, pleadings, and discovery.
Caixia has an extensive legal education background in both China and America. Prior to moving to America, Caixia held three law degrees in China. She taught as a law professor for over a decade in China at Zhongnan University of Economics & Law. In addition, she has published four academic books and more than 70 legal articles in China.
Before joining the firm, Caixia worked as an associate at a litigation defense law firm in Wilmington, Delaware.
