Caixia focuses her practice on Delaware complex commercial and corporate litigation and is actively involved in all phases of the firm’s Delaware litigation practice, regularly counseling clients on complex corporate law issues.

Before immigrating to the United States. Caixia was a nationally recognized legal scholar and professor at a top law school in China. Over the course of more than a decade, she served as a full professor of law, a director, and an associate dean, taught, and authored (or co-authored) four treatises and published over 70 papers, establishing her reputation in China’s legal community. Caixia has received numerous national, provincial, and municipal awards for excellence in legal research and teaching.

As a native Mandarin/Chinese speaker with a deep understanding of both Chinese law and U.S. legal practices, Caixia has represented clients with Chinese backgrounds in a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions disputes, investment disputes, business divorce, derivative claims, books and records demand, shareholders exit, commercial lease consulting. She remains committed to serving clients with Chinese backgrounds doing business in the U.S. and with the U.S.
