CLE: The Legal Considerations of Franchising Your Business

In this program, attorneys Justin Csik and Adam Haft will explore the essential legal considerations for a business owner considering expanding their business through franchising. Participants will gain an understanding of what it means to be a franchise and the regulatory structure and disclosure requirements that all franchises are subject to, along with an awareness of the general advantages and risks associated with franchising.
