E-Discovery Attorney

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working on e-discovery matters and document review, and an interest in developing deeper expertise in litigation technology, document collection and review management, and discovery strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated matters involving all phases of the e-discovery process.

Responsibilities will include:

–Assisting with document collection, early case assessment, review, and production;

–Coordinating and managing document review teams, including contract reviewers; and

–Assisting with preparation and negotiation of ESI protocols, confidentiality orders, and discovery schedules.

Familiarity with Relativity and similar e-discovery platforms is required. Pennsylvania bar admission preferred.
