CLE - The DOL’s New Independent Contractor Rule and Recent Independent Contractor Developments

The Department of Labor recently issued its much-anticipated Final Independent Contractor Rule. In this CLE, Jonathan Krause will discuss what the new rule means, what businesses should be considering to be compliant, and other hot-button issues impacting independent contractors.
