Andrea focuses her practice on the land use and zoning aspects of real estate development. She works closely with and appears before numerous boards and commissions in Philadelphia, including the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Commission, and other similar bodies in the surrounding counties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She has experience navigating municipal codes, state regulations and federal law for land use, zoning and real estate development and successfully applying for zoning variances, real estate tax abatements and business permits.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrea was an associate in the real estate, land use and zoning department of a Philadelphia law firm. After receiving her law degree, Andrea served as a judicial law clerk with the Honorable Judge Timothy W. Chell, P.J.Cv., in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
