Madison J. Mueller

Madison focuses her practice on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, fund formation, corporate governance issues, and other contractual and transactional matters. She advises companies in connection with formation and organizational issues, negotiation of shareholder agreements, limited liability company and partnership agreements and private equity offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, Madison served as a judicial law clerk with the Honorable Judge Steven J. Polansky in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Before attending law school, she was a certified public accountant at the Virginia office of one of the largest accounting firms.
