• Focus on the overall business — in addition to the legal aspects.
• Learn what a business is worth. Help clients understand it is more than an EBITDA multiple.
• Ask clients specifically about exit strategy, and if there is none, begin the conversation.
• Team with the Investment Bankers to provide solutions.
