In recognition of the upcoming Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday, please join us for a special edition of our complimentary Lunch & Learn program co-sponsored by the Education Practice Group, the Klehr Harrison Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and the Klehr Harrison Community and Social Team (CaST) in partnership with the Education Law Center. Attorney Deborah Gordon Klehr, executive director of the Education Law Center, will provide a keynote speech and a discussion moderated by zoning & land use partner Brett Feldman.
Deborah will discuss education funding in Pennsylvania, the historic 2023 Commonwealth Court decision in Pennsylvania’s school funding lawsuit, and continuing efforts to implement a remedy for achieving fair and adequate funding.
This CLE is available in person (lunch will be served) and online!
This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE ethics credit.*
