In this presentation, attorneys Tom Ayala, Jonathan Krause and Michael Paul Bannon will address recent developments in Delaware law on restrictive covenants entered in connection with employment relationships, equity offerings in corporations and alternative entities, and M&A transactions. The presenters will also address a recent trend in the use of forfeiture for competition provisions.
