Scott A. Levin Joins Klehr Harrison as Partner in Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department

PHILADELPHIA (June 25, 2025) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce that Scott A. Levin has joined the firm as a partner in its Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department in its Philadelphia office. Levin is a skilled litigator with over two decades of experience in commercial litigation.

Levin focuses his practice on commercial litigation, subrogation, recovery and collections,  construction law and related real estate matters, bankruptcy litigation and a broad range of creditors’ rights issues, insurance coverage disputes, products liability matters and property/casualty matters. He regularly appears in both federal and state courts, where he litigates a wide scope of matters. He is particularly skilled and adept at managing all phases of litigation, from inception through trial. Levin also regularly handles arbitrations and mediations. Clients rely on his ability to creatively structure and implement settlements in order to resolve commercial disputes efficiently.

Prior to joining the firm, Levin was a partner in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm, where he built a strong track record of litigating commercial disputes across an extensive range of industries.

He received his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
