This presentation will explore mechanics’ liens across several jurisdictions, including the foundational legal concepts and policy considerations that influence everything from who is entitled to a lien, what is or is not lienable, and perfection requirements. Mechanics’ Liens 101 is intended to provide attorneys and construction industry participants with a broader understanding of mechanics’ liens.

This complimentary program will qualify for 1 hour of PA CLE substantive credit.*

Attendees may also apply for CLE credits in jurisdictions with reciprocity, including Delaware, New Jersey and New York.
