Midlevel Litigation Associate
The Litigation Department of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is seeking a midlevel associate to join our team. This position is in our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience and be looking for an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility while continuing to develop as a well-rounded litigator.
The associate will work closely with partners and clients on a range of complex commercial disputes and will take substantive ownership of matters, including motions practice and taking and defending depositions.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience managing discovery and drafting substantive motions and briefs
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Pennsylvania bar required, New Jersey a plus
