Dale F. Roeck II

Dale focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. His experience includes contract disputes, business torts, class actions, and employment litigation. He has also advised clients on pre-litigation strategy, settlement administration, subpoena responses, and compliance issues arising from commercial transactions and regulatory frameworks.

Before joining the firm, Dale handled a broad range of commercial litigation matters as an associate at a Mid-Atlantic law firm. He also worked on employment litigation and wage-and-hour class actions.

During law school, Dale served as a legal extern for Penn State University’s Office of General Counsel, where he focused on student and faculty affairs matters and First Amendment compliance. He also served as Managing Editor of the Penn State Law Review and received the Penn State Law Writing Prize.

Before law school, Dale was an accomplished professional musician and music educator.
