Augusta M. O’Neill, an Associate in Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP’s Litigation Group, was accepted into the Anti-Defamation League’s Glass Leadership Institute Class of 2020. The Glass Leadership Institute was established over 20 years ago with the intent to empower young adults to “stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment for all.” The GLI program is active in 24 cities across the United States, with each local cohort bringing together young adults interested in learning about effective advocacy and leadership in pursuit of ADL’s mission.
Augusta focuses her practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment issues. She has represented clients on product liability, construction site liability, medical malpractice, commercial premises liability, dram shop liability and commercial contract matters. She has also represented corporate clients in all aspects of public procurement and government contracts litigation, and litigates a wide variety of commercial disputes for clients ranging from small local businesses to multinational corporations in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Augusta graduated from Rutgers University, summa cum laude, in 2008, and received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, cum laude, in 2013.
