PHILADELPHIA (May 28, 2025) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce that Brian Nath joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate and Finance Department. Nath brings to the firm a wealth of experience as a real estate attorney in the Philadelphia market.

Nath focuses his practice on representing private equity fund managers and other real estate investment companies and investors in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, construction and development projects, mezzanine and senior loan financing, property management, asset management and fund formation. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating documentation for commercial real estate transactions involving industrial, office, hospitality, multifamily and student housing properties. Nath is a trusted guide to clients, counseling clients through these multifaceted transactions as well as ongoing operational matters.
In addition to his overall real estate practice, Nath serves as Outside General Counsel for Arden Group, a privately-held commercial real estate fund manager, investor and operator, and Arden Logistics Parks, a fully integrated logistics real estate operating platform.
He received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, his M.B.A. from Temple University Fox School of Business and his B.S. from Penn State University.
