Corinne Brennan Appointed to Serve on Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Corinne Brennan has been appointed by Chief Judge Eric L. Frank to serve on the Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  As part of this Court-sponsored mediation program, litigants and counsel engaged in contested matters and adversary proceedings being set for trial meet with an independent mediator in an effort to reduce the costs to litigants and expedite resolution of disputed issues.

Ms. Brennan concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization, and corporate restructuring.
