Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg attorneys Frank M. Correll, Jr., Gregory G. Gosfield, and Carl S. Primavera were faculty members at the recent PBI Real Estate Institute.
 
Mr. Correll, co-chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy/Corporate Restructuring  Department, presented on  “Confessions of Judgment: Drafting Provisions, Exploring the Effect and Strategies for Challenging.”  

Gregory G. Gosfield, a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Department, presented on “Dangerous Liaisons or Elective Affinities – Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement,” and “Ethically Resolving Conflicts of Interest.”
