David J. Steerman, a partner at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, was a panel member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Philadelphia County Domestic Relations Practice program. Mr. Steerman spoke on the topic of “Custody Practice in Philadelphia County.”
