PHILADELPHIA (November 4, 2019)— Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP (Klehr Harrison) is pleased to announce that partner Gaetano Piccirilli has been appointed by Governor Wolf as the newest member of the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission. Piccirilli previously served on the commission from 2008-2013, and was elected to serve as Chair in 2013.
“I am excited to rejoin the Commission and continue my work on behalf of consumers and real estate professionals,” Piccirilli said of his appointment.
Piccirilli focuses his practice on being a counselor and resource to clients in the infrastructure, construction, real estate, and transportation industries. He has a reputation as an aggressive advocate with a thoughtful and responsive approach to representing clients in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
Piccirilli earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law and his B.A. from Temple University.
The Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission is the regulatory body responsible for the regulation, licensure, and discipline of 50,000 real estate professionals in Pennsylvania.
