PHILADELPHIA (September 30, 2021) — Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce Daniel R. Grabell, an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Department, was recently appointed as Assistant Vice President of the Board of Directors for Golden Slipper Camp.
Golden Slipper Camp is a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation that was established in 1948. Since 1949, it has operated an overnight summer camp in Bartonsville, Pennsylvania, for children from families who cannot afford to send their children to private summer camps. The camp does this by setting fees substantially below those of private summer camps and by providing significant scholarships. Approximately 160 boys and 160 girls attend the Camp during each of its two summer sessions.
“This is a great organization and camp program that helps children, who may otherwise not have this type of opportunity, enjoy the experience of summer camp,” said Grabell. “Helping provide children with access to summer camp is very rewarding, and I am excited to serve as a member of the Board.”
Grabell focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters in such areas as commercial leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real estate. He works with developers, retailers, private equity firms and other national and local businesses. His work includes preparing financing and other real estate transactional documents and conducting due diligence for real estate transactions to resolve title, survey and other due diligence issues.
He received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center, and his B.A. from Haverford College, cum laude.
