PHILADELPHIA (October 23, 2023) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is proud to announce that Kate Missimer, a partner in the firm’s zoning and land use practice group in the Real Estate and Finance Department, was selected for City & State Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40 awards. She is featured in the October 23 issue and will be honored at a special event to celebrate on October 24 in Harrisburg.
Missimer concentrates her practice on representing property owners and developers with respect to real estate development projects, including land use and zoning relief, as well as the preparation of condominium and planned community documentation. She has experience representing clients before the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment and the zoning hearing boards of surrounding townships and municipalities as well as facilitating discussions between developers and other governmental departments and agencies. Additionally, she represents new and emerging companies, nonprofits and for-profit corporations with respect to entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, asset purchases and sales, mergers, acquisitions, regulatory compliance, private equity and venture capital funding, contracts for employment, management and consulting and joint ventures.
She received her J.D., with honors from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her B.A., maxima cum laude from La Salle University.
