Klehr Harrison Continues Expansion of Zoning and Land Use Practice with Two Additions

 

PHILADELPHIA (May 29, 2019)— Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP (Klehr Harrison) is pleased to announce that Katherine Missimer and Matthew McHugh are joining the firm as Of Counsel and Associate, respectively, in its Zoning and Land Use Practice Group.

Missimer, an experienced real estate and land use attorney, primarily represents property owners and developers with respect to real estate development projects. These include land use and zoning relief, as well as the preparation of condominium and planned community documentation. She also has experience representing clients before the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment and the zoning hearing boards of surrounding townships and municipalities.

Missimer earned her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her B.A. from La Salle University.

McHugh focuses his practice on real estate, land use/zoning, and general corporate matters – with extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and financing and entitlement. He appears regularly before various zoning hearing boards and governing bodies as part of the zoning and subdivision and land development approval process, and has served as Solicitor to Lower Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board since 2012 and Bensalem Township Zoning Hearing Board since 2019.

McHugh earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University.

Previously, Missimer and McHugh both practiced at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP.
