Klehr Harrison Continues to Grow its Real Estate Department
PHILADELPHIA (September 15, 2022) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew Hall joined the firm as an associate in its Real Estate and Finance Department. Hall brings significant experience in real estate finance law with him to the firm.

Hall’s practice focuses on commercial real estate finance. His past representation includes investment banks, commercial banks and institutional investors and lenders with concentrations in origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine financing, loan sales and purchases, structured finance and securitization transactions. He is also well-versed in related secondary market transactions. His experience covers retail, office, warehouse, hospitality and condominium properties, as well as TIC structures and ground lease transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Hall worked in the New York offices of two large international law firms in their real estate practices.
He received his J.D., cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, his M.A. from Stony Brook University and his B.A., magna cum laude from Gettysburg College.
