KLEHR HARRISON FILES CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST INDEPENDENCE BLUE CROSS

Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg, LLP has filed a class-action lawsuit in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court against Independence Blue Cross for improperly compensating employees for overtime. Plaintiffs’ attorney Chuck Ercole estimated that approximately 150 workers would be involved in the suit and that damages could top $4 million.
