Klehr Harrison Welcomes New Director of Recruitment

PHILADELPHIA (May 21, 2026) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is excited to announce that Katherine T. Kopecki has joined the firm as Director of Recruitment. This is a newly created director-level position for Klehr Harrison, which will add to the Firm’s growth strategy. Kopecki will lead attorney recruiting efforts and help support the firm’s continued strategic growth by developing and executing hiring initiatives across practice areas and offices.

Kopecki brings a distinctive combination of legal recruiting and practicing attorney experience to the position. Most recently, she served as an executive legal recruiter, advising law firm leaders on strategic attorney hiring plans, candidate evaluation, compensation considerations, and recruitment strategy. Earlier in her career, she served as an assistant district attorney in both Montgomery County and Philadelphia and clerked for the Honorable Francis R. Hodgson, Jr. with the Superior Court of New Jersey. She maintains her bar memberships with Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Kopecki received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School and her B.A. from Washington & Lee University.
