PHILADELPHIA (February 8, 2022) – Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is pleased to announce the successful completion of its 2021 philanthropic campaign, “52 Weeks of Giving.” At the beginning of 2021, it was announced that for every week of the year, the firm would match a $1,000 contribution to an attorney’s nonprofit organization of choice.
Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from the community, attorneys and recipient organizations, the firm recently revealed that it would “Double Down on 52 Weeks” by doubling the matching donation to each organization selected in 2021. As a result, the campaign saw a total of $156,000 donated to 53 different organizations as selected by 60 participating attorneys at the firm.
“The firm’s commitment to charitable giving has never been stronger and we know our attorneys share this value,” said Managing Partner Brad Krouse. “It is important and rewarding to show that support for the organizations that are most important and meaningful to our attorneys. We’re proud of everyone for making this campaign such a success.”
“The firm’s dedication to this campaign was amazing to watch throughout the year and the response has been great,” said Litigation Partner Grant Phelan, who chose to direct his donation to Chester Upland Youth Soccer. “It’s gratifying to see the impact these donations have on organizations who rely on funding from the public to survive. It means so much to the organizations and the communities that they serve.”
