Lawrence Arem Faculty Moderator at Tax Section CLE

Lawrence J. Arem, a partner in the Tax Department of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, was the course organizer and faculty moderator at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Tax Section CLE Program entitled, “Codification of Economic Substance.”

Mr. Arem concentrates his practice on rendering advice to clients on issues related to federal and state taxation.
