Lisa A. Lori and William J. Clements of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, will be presenting an Intellectual Property Committee CLE on May 13, 2015 entitled, “Cybersecurity: Risks and Responses” at the Philadelphia Bar Association.  

This course will provide an overview of the legal issues and guidance in evaluating data protection and cybersecurity matters.  This course also will provide an overview of the existing laws that are relevant with respect to cybersecurity matters, and mechanisms for dealing with cybersecurity breaches.

Ms. Lori is a partner in the firm’s litigation and intellectual property practice groups.  Mr. Clements concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, civil litigation, and data privacy matters.
