William W. Matthews, III, a partner in the Corporate & Securities Department of the law firm of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of LaSalle University.

Mr. Matthews concentrates his practice in securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling for a wide range of clients, from emerging growth businesses to public companies.
