Please join us for  the PBA’s presentation of a CLE on Strings Attached: Pension Money Investments In Private Equity presented by Groom Law Group’s David Kaleda, Esq. and Klehr Harrison’s Jon Katona, Esq.

The course will be a discussion of ERISA issues that arise when a private equity fund invests pension or other benefit plan money in its portfolio companies, and when companies issue securities to pension funds and other benefit plan investors.
