Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate
The Bankruptcy Department is seeking an associate with 1-5 years of experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, workouts and related litigation for our Wilmington Office.
Candidates should have a strong academic record, excellent legal research and writing skills, and relevant experience in Delaware. This associate will participate at a high level in sophisticated Chapter 11 cases and related bankruptcy litigation. The candidate should be admitted to practice law in Delaware.
