Join Gaetano Piccirilli for a background primer on construction law, including a discussion on basic party identification, general contracting documents for various construction projects, and common dispute configurations related to specific types of construction projects. This will be the first in a series of presentations to help familiarize both attorneys and anyone related to construction contracting, project management and construction dispute resolution with the contours of construction law and common disputes during the course of a construction project and after the fact.
