CLE - The FTC’s Non-Compete Ban: What You Need to Know

Has the federal government banned non-compete agreements between workers and employers with the new FTC Rule?  Please join us for a presentation from Jonathan Krause regarding the FTC’s Final Rule on non-compete provisions between businesses and workers, its impact, alternatives to traditional non-compete provisions, potential challenges, and next steps.
